Eden's Ark

Welcome to Eden’s Ark, the home of handcrafted ceramic gonks, woodland spirits, mythical creatures and charming animal figurines — each one lovingly created in our Wigan studio. Every piece begins as a simple idea, shaped by imagination and brought to life through careful sculpting, detailed painting and a passion for storytelling. Whether you’re searching for a unique gift, a collectible ornament, or a character that feels like it has a soul of its own, Eden’s Ark is a place where creativity and craftsmanship meet.

At Eden’s Ark, we believe that art should feel personal. That’s why every gonk, spirit and creature is individually handmade, ensuring no two pieces are ever identical. Each figurine carries its own personality, its own quirks, and its own charm. From the soft textures of mossy woodland guardians to the bright colours of playful animal companions, our creations are designed to spark joy and bring a touch of magic into your home.

 Gonks

Gonks are at the heart of Eden’s Ark. Inspired by folklore, fantasy and nature, our gonks are sculpted with expressive faces, textured details and vibrant colours that make them stand out in any room. Whether you prefer cosy winter gonks, mischievous woodland characters or bold mythical guardians, each one is crafted with care and finished with hand‑painted details that give it life. Our gonks make wonderful gifts for collectors, fantasy lovers and anyone who appreciates handmade art.

Spirits

Our ceramic spirits are designed to feel like they’ve stepped out of a storybook. Each one is sculpted and painted by hand, making them truly unique pieces of art. These figurines are perfect for shelves, desks, altars, display cabinets or anywhere you want to add a touch of fantasy.

Animal Figurines

Eden’s Ark also offers a growing collection of animal figurines, each one crafted with charm and character. From cute woodland creatures to expressive fantasy animals, these pieces are ideal for collectors or as thoughtful gifts. Every animal figurine is shaped and painted by hand, giving it a warm, handmade feel that mass‑produced ornaments simply can’t match.

Seasonal Collections

Throughout the year, Eden’s Ark releases seasonal collections inspired by holidays, weather changes and folklore traditions. Our Christmas gonks are especially popular, featuring cosy winter themes, festive colours and charming details. We also create Halloween spirits, autumn guardians, spring creatures and limited‑edition seasonal drops. These collections are perfect for decorating your home during special times of the year or for gifting to someone who loves seasonal art.

The Eden’s Ark Story

Eden’s Ark began with a simple love for sculpting and painting. What started as a hobby quickly grew into a passion for creating characters that feel alive. Every figurine is made by hand from start to finish — poured, dried, painted and sealed with care. We use high‑quality ceramic materials and durable paints to ensure each piece lasts for years. Our goal is to create art that feels meaningful, personal and full of character.

We believe that handmade art should be accessible, enjoyable and filled with heart. That’s why we focus on creating figurines that tell a story, spark imagination and bring a smile to your face. Whether you’re a collector, a gift‑giver or someone who simply loves unique handmade items, Eden’s Ark offers something special.

Custom Figurines

For customers looking for something truly personal, Eden’s Ark offers custom figurine commissions. You can request a personalised gonk, a unique spirit, or a character based on your own idea. Custom pieces make incredible gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, memorials or special occasions. Each commission is crafted with the same care and attention as our regular figurines, ensuring your custom piece is one‑of‑a‑kind.

Quality You Can Trust

Every figurine at Eden’s Ark goes through multiple stages of creation. Hand‑painting adds colour, detail and expression. Finally, sealing protects the artwork and ensures it stays vibrant over time. This process means each piece is durable, detailed and made to be cherished.

Perfect Gifts for Any Occasion

Our figurines make thoughtful gifts for birthdays, Christmas, housewarmings, anniversaries or simply to show someone you care. Because each piece is handmade, it carries a personal touch that mass‑produced items can’t replicate. Whether you choose a gonk, a spirit or an animal figurine, you’re giving a gift that feels meaningful and unique.
